The welcome screen for users presents them with the option to select from two choices – Search for stores, & login/register.

The signup screen empowers users to enter their detail like name, address, & more. They are also able to log in via social media channels.

The application menu presents customers with a variety of items available like fruits, vegetables, & etc, alongside name of different stores.

User selects store of their choice. On doing so they are endowed with its location, alongside opening hours for different days.

Select Groceries

The screen allows users to select items they want and the quantity of items they want too. On doing this, they are educated of the price.

Once they receive the price details, the customer gets the flexibility to edit the quantity and then have the items added to the cart.

PLACE AND CANCEL ORDER

User now selects the delivery address and the mode of payment. Thereafter, they place the order.

In case user does not want to proceed ahead with the order placement, they can tap on ‘Cancel’ to cancel the order.

Grocery store receives customer order in the form of a new order request. This entails item details, and the order number alongside the time when order was placed.

The grocery store gets two options here – Accept & Reject Order. On tapping the former, they confirm the order request.

ORDER DISPATCH AND VERIFY DELIVERY BOY

Once the grocery store accepts order, they place tap on ‘Order Dispatch’ to get connected to drivers nearby.

The grocery driver is provided information related to nearby drivers. Thereafter they assign the pickup request to delivery boy.

REQUEST AND CONFIRM ORDER

Delivery driver receives order request from store in the form of a ‘New Order Request’ containing store details.

Delivery driver receives other information such as the earnings, customer detail. They now tap on ‘Confirm Order’ to accept order request.

ARRIVED AND VERIFY DELIVERY BOY

The delivery boy gets going towards the store. On arrival, they tap on ‘Arrived at Store’ to educate store of arrival.

Store is educated of delivery driver’s arrival. They tap on ‘Verify Delivery Boy’ to confirm the arrival.

VERIFY ORDER PIN AND ORDER PICKED UP

Delivery driver upon reaching the store is asked to confirm their arrival. They tap on confirm to agree.

Partner App

The store adds pin that the delivery driver provides them, and confirms the arrival of the former.

The delivery boy gets distance of customer’s location. They are alternatively provided details of amount they have to collect from them.

Customer is notified of the different delivery stages along with information related to the amount payable.

The delivery boy is notified of the floating cash update in a situation where the delivery is a COD one. They enter the details of the amount and confirm its receipt.

The customer is notified of the order delivery alongside its receipt which they can download in the form of a PDF or have it emailed to them.

This screen provides details of the past order, the store name. Once it gets clicked, the receipt becomes easy to view.
