Select Dish Screen

Once customers have chosen the restaurant from where they wish to order meal, they can easily select the items they want to relish on.

This includes the quantity of meals they want, followed by customizations they want within the dish they order and place the order thereafter.

PLACE AND CANCEL ORDER

Once customer has selected items, they need to simply enter their delivery address followed by choosing a mode of payment. Once they do this, they can place order.

In case the customer changes their mind and does not want to carry ahead with the order, they need to simply place a tap on ‘Cancel’ and then cancel their order.

When customer sends order request to restaurant, the latter receives the same in the form of a new order request.

Thereafter they get the flexibility to perform two activities- Accept or Reject Order and confirm the same to the restaurant.

When the restaurant accepts order request, they make sure to notify the customer of every stage of meal preparation until meal gets ready.

Once meal is ready, after restaurant provides a clear-cut breakdown of the costs that users have ordered & goes on to verify delivery boy.

REQUEST AND CONFIRM ORDER

The delivery boy receives the new order request from the Live Job section of their app. This entails the details of restaurant alongside the restaurant location.

The delivery boy alongside receiving information related to restaurant also gets details of meals, and the price breakdown. Thereafter they get the ability from the platform to either accept or reject the order.

ARRIVED AND VERIFY DELIVERY BOY

Delivery boy gets the details of the restaurant once they accept the order request. They next need to simply track the location in real-time and reach the location.

Once the delivery boy reaches the location, the restaurant is notified of the same. They need to next tap on ‘Verify Delivery Boy’ to confirm the arrival.

VERIFY ORDER PIN AND ORDER PICKED UP

The delivery boy now needs to provide pin from their app to the restaurant and then get the meal picked up.

Once delivery boy provides pin, the restaurant enters it and taps on ‘Verify Order Pin’ to confirm it. Thereafter they need to tap on ‘Order Picked Up’ to let customer know of the order reaching them in some time.
